the last season of Arrow was good

I haven't written much about TV lately, so maybe I should start up again.

The last season of Arrow was good. Maybe it helped that it was a short season but I really enjoyed it I had given up on Arrow and stopped watching at some point in season 6 or maybe early in season 7.

Arrow had its ups and downs, as most long running TV shows do. I don't know if the show really peaked in season 2 like a lot of critics claimed. I am not sure it really matters, I enjoyed the first five seasons and the eight season. I am glad that it went off on a relatively positive note.

The best thing in the last season of Arrow was probably Oliver interacting with his grown children. Thanks to time travel Oliver got to meet adult children, who had grown up without him. I am sucker for this kind of thing I guess.

I will miss Amell in the next crossover and I liked seeing him and Grant Gustin interact. The next cross-over is probably when I will really notice Oliver's absence the most next season of Flash and the other Arrowverse shows.

Amell might have said something about never coming back but he just finished filming the eighth season when he said that. In a few years he might change his mind. If he does, good. If not, that is okay too.
